Goal: $15,000.00
Specific Need
MCAC brings people together through the arts.
That has always been the point. We want students, artists, families, schools and communities across Marshall County to have chances to experience good art close to home.
Funds raised through Pony Up Marysville help make that possible. They help us bring in artists like world-renowned illusionist Reza, create opportunities such as the 1st Infantry Band working directly with local high school bands and offer programs like Choose the Arts, our one-week summer camp where students spend time in music, theater and visual arts.
Your support helps MCAC keep building a stronger arts community in Marshall County, one performance, one class, one exhibit and one student at a time.
Mission
Marshall County Arts Cooperative strives to unite the county as an arts community by promoting, inspiring, and supporting the arts and artists through our schools, community members, and other arts organizations to enrich the lives of all.
Profile
The Marshall County Arts Cooperative is a presenting organization making sure the arts are a vital part of our community. We make sure geography does not play a factor in who has access to the arts … and who doesn’t.
MCAC has presented artists like The Beach Boys, KANSAS, The King’s Singers, Canadian Brass, Turtle Island Quartet, Aquila Theatre, and Presidio Brass.
Established in 2006, MCAC has a history of progressive artistic programming coupled with a strong educational component; MCAC’s reputation with artists boasts unparalleled hospitality and extravagant welcome.
Donations are used to bring the arts to our county and to bring artists into the classrooms
