We work with local businesses, community leaders, and partners across the county to strengthen our towns, support employers, and create opportunities for families to build their future here.

This Housing Fund was created to focus on the number one priority shared by employers and community partners across Marshall County: housing.

Businesses can’t grow, families can’t move here, and young people can’t stay without more attainable homes. Every community in the county feels this shortage. That’s why P4G created the Housing Fund—our most focused tool for unlocking growth.
