Specific Need
At Konza United Way, we are committed to supporting local families and building a stronger, more resilient community. In Marshall County, 41% of families are ALICE—Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. These are hardworking individuals and families who struggle to afford basic necessities like housing, childcare, healthcare, and transportation.
Your Match Day gift helps us provide critical resources and support to ALICE families, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to thrive. Together, we can create lasting change and give every family the opportunity to succeed.
Mission
Positive change begins with a choice – to get involved, to give back and to take action.
When we choose to work together, the good we do grows greater.
That’s why, where there’s a need, in our community, there’s a United Way – mobilizing people to improve lives today and build a better tomorrow.
Because when we unite with purpose, more possibilities open. More people gain access to health care, fresh food, job training and financial support. Children get more chances to reach their potential, and families find the strength to rise above challenges, big and small.
Together, we can create a future where everyone thrives.
United is the Way.
