Specific Need
Troop 180 will use the funds to update our equipment. In the past we have put new tires on our equipment trailer, canoe trailer and fixed the water in the cabin so we can fill our water jugs we take on camping outings. Future needs are to fix the doors on the equipment trailer, get new camp boxes to hold cooking equipment, get more tent stakes for the backpacking tents, and to put lights in our equipment storage area.

Profile
The highest advancement rank in Boy Scouting is Eagle Scout. In the past ten years, Marysville Boy Scout Troop 180 has had the following members obtain the Eagle Scout Rank: Tommy McNish, Caleb Richardson, Nicholas Ottens, Nathan Ottens, Clayton Pilsl, Brendan Lyhane, Brenner Pilsl, and Bennedict Schmitz.
In addition to weekly meetings and monthly outings, we are involved in the community helping at the Sons Feed, Placement of Memorial Day flags and attending ceremonies, Providing Color Guard in the County parades, and Flag retirements. Each year we have our annual Boy Scout Chicken BBQ as a fund raiser for boys to put money in their individual accounts to pay for camping trips and outings.
